Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident when purchasing from Sovereignty Artists.

Our products currently include digital journals and artist resources supplied electronically. Please read the product description and format information carefully before purchasing.

Digital products

Because digital products are supplied electronically and may be accessed or downloaded immediately, we do not ordinarily provide refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Accidental purchases

• Failure to use or complete the resource

• A preference for a printed rather than digital product

• Purchasing without first checking the stated format or device requirements

This does not exclude or limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Australian consumers retain consumer-guarantee rights for digital products. A blanket “no refunds under any circumstances” policy cannot override those rights.

When a remedy may be available

Please contact us when:

• The supplied file is faulty, corrupted or cannot be opened

• The product is materially different from its description

• You do not receive the product because of an error within our systems

• You have been charged more than once for the same purchase

• The product otherwise fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee

Depending on the circumstances, we may provide:

• A replacement download link

• A corrected or replacement file

• Technical assistance

• A partial refund

• A full refund

The appropriate remedy will depend on the nature and seriousness of the problem and your rights under applicable law.

Requesting assistance

Email hello@coherenceliving.lifeand include:

• Your name

• The email used for the purchase

• Your order number

• The product purchased

• A brief explanation of the issue

• A screenshot of any error message, where relevant

Please do not send payment-card details by email.

Sale products

Products purchased during a sale or promotional period retain the same consumer-guarantee rights as products purchased at their normal price.

Refund processing

Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method where possible.

Processing times after a refund is issued depend on the payment provider and financial institution.
